Homework for the Weekend

A new poll is up, so go vote (see sidebar)! If you're not using Firefox or IE7, the Bravenet poll may make a pop-up window appear with an ad. These aren't my ads, you shouldn't click them, I know they're annoying, but its just all the more reason to switch away from I(nternet)E(xplorer)6 (which most of you use).

I updated the layout of the WMC Resources page to make it more streamlined and contemporary, in case anyone is interested. I know we haven't been able to use it much this year, but now that the basic framework is down I hope to expand its functionality next year.


Math O'Brien: Finish remainder of August 2004 regents. For afternoon period, you have to do the June '04 regents.

AP World History Riggio: So we never went over that religions chart...Good luck for all of you taking the SAT II, theres no homework. Remember to bring in your textbook and document readers though!

AP Art History: No homework, presentations continue

English Failey:
- Oatis: Working in groups on final exam review Monday, Oatis won't be here again.
- Eaton: + FINISH ALL JOURNALS, journal 4-9 and 4-10.
4-9:find a ballad and comment on what the song is telling and comment on it like it's a poem.
4-10: write up an original ballad.
+ portfolio essay due thursday
- Inners: Finish your independant reading book. Finish the completing the sentence activity in lesson 10? quiz most likely friday
-Etheridge: Final project due monday


Health Kost:


HTML & Web: Final projects due Wednesday. I would recommend trying out Google Pages instead of Geocities for hosting...you'll need a Google account but those are free to create and when you do you'll get 100 MB of space as opposed to Geocities' 15 MB, and also there are no ads on Google Pages

Etheridge has a final project with writing/visual that connects to any of the works we've read this year due on Monday (6/5)
