Homework for First Day of School

New post template and icons coming soon...In the meantime, admins can just type in the name of the class in bold and their teacher.

All Orchestra Students: Get any forms you need signed (rental forms, legal stuff, etc.). Also, everybody needs to fill out the emergency contact card for their homeroom class.

AP Calculus: Ambrose: Sign sheets (will count as a homework grade) and return tomorrow.
Dillon: Figure out if you want a Ti-83 or Ti-89 graphing calculator. Material will begin to be covered tomorrow.
Tam: Bring in signed sheet tomorrow. Material will begin to be covered as well.


AP Physics Murphy: Find volume of textbook (include tolerance) and sign sheet.

Honors Physics Spira: Get sheet signed and bring it in tommorow


Latin D:



French D: Obtain supplies needed: a notebook, notebook for journal entries, folder, etc.


Spanish D Martin: We were supposed to have hw, but (at least for Period 9) she didnt have enough handouts, so no homework tonight. A quiz this Friday. Period 8 definite quiz on friday and do the sheet she assigned in the packet.

- Madden: Summer reading test Tuesday.
-Buckland: 1) Take home test due on Tuesday. 2)Read the packet from Zinn's People's History of the United States, and be prepared to discuss the questions he gave us:
*Discuss Zinn's criticism of Western historians and academics.
*Assess his approach to history.
* Should Columbus Day be celebrated?
3) The first chapter reading assignment is due Monday.


AP Art History:

AP U.S. Government and Economics: Madden- Summer Reading test is Wednesday and read Chapter 1 by Monday; there will be a quiz on it. Assignment Sheets: One and Two

AP Comparative Government/Eco: Romero: Bring in notes from the summer and be prepared to talk

AP Language & Comp. Kelso: Bring in Scarlet Letter and be prepared to talk about it in class.
Rochford: If you want to hand in summer reading journals (one book or two depending on how much extra credit you want) they are due on Friday
